Recreation center Meidrops

Recreation center "Meidrops" is situated in Ikskile, on a picturesque spot - directly on the banks of river Daugava only 27km away from Riga.

The wooden-frame house with a restaurant and seminar premises was opened in 2002, but in summer 2006 "Meidrops" got an extension - a cozy guest house with 16 rooms and a water recreation center.

In "Meidrops" you have a great opportunity to organize seminars, presentations, formal ceremonies, banquets, weddings, birthdays or employee parties outside Riga on a beautiful setting.

The restaurant has become well-known. On the first floor there is a restaurant with a bar, but on the second floor - a conference room. Number of seats: 100 (50 in each hall)

The guest house offers mainly double or triple rooms (with a shower or bath, WC, TV and mini-bar) for maximum 42 guests. The rooms are bright and spacious, therefore it is possible to put an extra bed in the room if necessary. Most of the rooms have balconies, on the first floor -open terrace. One of the rooms is equipped for guests with disabilities.

Outside the window there is a beautiful view of river Daugava and the St.Meinard Island.

The water relaxation center invites everybody to warm up in sauna and steam room; cool in the cold pool; swim in the large pool with back-stream or enjoy a drink and watch the beautiful scenes of river Daugava.

It is possible to access the wireless internet throughout the recreation center.
