The Entresol, an elegant restaurant in downtown Riga, relies on the foundations of French cuisine. It is run by one of the most talented and celebrated Latvian chefs, Raimonds Zommers.

The food is characterized by freshness, seasonality, passion and artistic creativity. In addition to its classical menu, the restaurant offers something entirely new and unseen in Latvia – canapé. These are various snacks made mostly from locally grown seasonal and fresh products.

Fantastic restaurant with polite and helpful staff. The food is amazingly good.
