Exécutive Chef Jānis Zvirbulis perfected his education in French culinary school “Lycée Hotellerie et de Tourisme Saint Quentin” and the culinary Mecca of the world - “Institute Paul Bocuse “. He has mastered his skills in several high class restaurants in France where “La Table des Blots” with two Michelin stars is one of them. Janis Zvirbulis has opened the first and only “Relais & Châteaux“ restaurant in Russia.
