We are named after «Salad Olivier», which is one of the legendary salads that is known around the world.

The menu of the restaurant «OLIVJĒ» includes dishes based on classic Slavic recipes, but with a modern accent. The bar focuses on strong alcohol drinks and home-made infusions.
